Are the login data for the WebManager and the app the same?
Yes, the login data for the app and the WebManager are the same and have been sent to you via e-mail after the registration.
Do the demo data have to remain in the system?
No. The demo data is provided to help you to understand the functionality between the App and WebManager. You can replace the demo files with your own files or delete.
Is it possible to adapt the visual appearance of the app to the colors of our company?
Yes, in the WebManager you will find the submenu item „UI customizations“ in the administration menu. There you can upload your company logo and adjust the colors.
Is there a size limit for video files?
Yes, the maximum size for video files is 200 MB.
